Our business philosophy truly hinges on education. Our goal is to educate our clients about the process of buying or selling a home. For our Buyers, we start with the “Initial Consultation”. This free consultation takes about an hour to an hour and a half; we provide each Buyer with a binder of information that covers the Lending Process, the Buying Process, the Contract and Disclosures along with other important information. Our Sellers are provided with the same type of service. We educate our Sellers about the state of the current market they will be selling in, the process (contracts and disclosures, offers, counter offers, etc.), staging, and marketing. We feel that the more educated you are about the process the less intimidating it becomes. Education and communication are the keys to our success!
